Meet The Shelly Watne Group. Our group is compiled of seven full time licensed Real Estate agents.  Shelly, the team lead has been a licensed Real Estate agent in the Prescott area for 27+ years.  Shelly started in the Prescott Quad city area in 1993, and has enjoyed watching the area grow as well as doing business and meeting new people.  Shelly has been a top producer here in the area since 1995, and has prided herself on customer service and a hands on approach to managing transactions.  Shelly has a full time team manager Michelle Rapp who is also a licensed agent and specializes in top marketing techniques as well as managing incoming leads from our marketing platform.  The team consists of JoAnne Loos who has been licensed for 11+ years, Michelle Rapp who has been licensed for 8+ years, and Staci Knotek who has been licensed for 1+ years.
